Initial Contact

Technical Screen

Two hours with a senior engineer or operator from the team you would join. No whiteboard puzzles. Real problems we have actually solved.

Day 11 — 18
Onsite

Half a day at the facility. Meet the team, see the work, ask hard questions. We will show you what we can within clearance constraints.

Day 19 — 23
Offer

Written offer with full compensation breakdown, benefits summary, and clearance processing timeline. We do not negotiate against ghost offers.
